Had 6 heavy bags with NO help at the journey's end from driver. Not helpful especially when I've 2 frozen shoulders. A shame as Hastie drivers are usually helpful, not blaming/holding it against the company though!

Great when it works. The old app was better. It's 50/50 whether bookings work - for both cash and card. Also, if you make one mistake like picking an expired card, it tells you but doesn't let you correct it and select the correct card. You just need to give up and phone the office.
